About the wine
With the special Ribolla Gialla DOP Friuli Colli Orientali from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Cadibon masters this white wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Friuli.

Tasting note
Intense straw yellow color. Fresh, dry, very appealing white wine, with the scent of acacia flowers and pineapple.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to fish dishes and white meat dishes.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of no more than 17°C. Aging for six months in chrome steel tanks, then aging in the bottle for approximately 60 days.
