Tasting note
Straw yellow color with slightly golden shimmering reflections. Fruity nose of peach and melon with a fine mineral note. Fresh, spicy and harmonious on the palate with fine aromas of sage, hot peppers and an elegant mineral note. Well-structured body with a fruity, mineral finish. It goes well with fish and poultry dishes, antipasto, melons with raw ham, and gratinated vegetable grates.
