Tasting note
The Ribolla Gialla grape variety originally comes from Greece and has been cultivated in Friuli since the 13th century. Today, it is experiencing a real “renaissance; its unique aromas are popular” by all those who want to escape the tide of ever-increasing uniformity of foodstuffs in general and wines in particular (Chardonnay, Cabernet, etc.). Tasting note: Light yellow color, fresh, delicate aromas, reminiscent of citrus fruits, flint and roasted almonds. Refreshing, lively acidity, well-rounded, rather elegant.

Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Die Traubensorte Ribolla Gialla stammt ursprünglich aus Griechenland und wird seit dem 13. Jahrhundert im Friaul angebaut. Sie erlebt heute eine echte Renaissance; ihre einzigartigen Aromen finden Zuspruch all jener, die dem Strom der immer weiter um sich greifenden Uniformierung der Nahrungsmittel im allgemeinen und der Weine im Speziellen (Chardonnay, Cabernet etc.) entfliehen wollen.
