Tasting note
The garnet red already indicates the scents of red fruits, which are later overwhelmed by spices and tobacco nuances. The wine is full-bodied, harmonious and balanced with elegant, soft and full tones.

It goes well with meat and game dishes, but also with aged cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in tonneau for one year and then in the bottle for 10 months.
