Tasting note
The Ribera del Duero DO Valle de Nabal's playful bouquet of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry shows a complex aroma structure and lots of finesse. The present nuances of prune, clove and marmalade create their individual texture. Its first-class ruby red is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your guests will confirm it for you. A fruity red wine with a strong body and present acidity, which pleasantly develops its lively structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.

Vinification
The Tinta del Pais grapes (Tempranillo), picked by hand on September 10, 2016, are aged in oak barrels for 10 months after traditional fermentation. Of these, 60% are French and 40% American oak barrels., which were handmade on September 10, 2016
