About the wine
This Tempranillo is an ideal accompaniment to hard cheese and spicy grilled meats on the table. Its aromas are reminiscent of red fruits and cocoa and impress with elegantly integrated wood notes.

Tasting note
Strong ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, there are complex aromas of ripe red fruits, pastries, cocoa and delicate anise nuances. Incredibly powerful and expressive on the palate. The tannins are probably fine-grained and rounded, and the wood is well integrated. The long-lasting finish of this top Tempranillo is convincing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, game, hard cheese, vegetables.
Vinification
The Tempranillo grapes were harvested by hand at the end of September. The grapes are selected for this wine. Only the best grape material undergoes spontaneous fermentation. During the following 14-16 months, they mature in 80% new American oak barrels and in 20% new French barrels. Exceptional quality that is 100% aged in new oak barrels.
