About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Nabal masters this red wine in the picturesque and enchanting landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Das erfrischende Bukett des Ribera del Duero DO Crianza von schwarzer Kirsche, Schokolade und gekochter Brombeere kokettiert gekonnt mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Im Anschluss überzeugen fruchtige Nuancen von Backpflaume, Gewürznelke und Marmelade entschlossen und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Das bleibt in Erinnerung: Sein sattes Rubinrot verleiht jedem Anlass eine besondere Note. Kräftiger Körper und präsente Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher ausgewogen mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Vinification
In mid-October, the Tempranillo grapes were harvested by hand. The fermentation was carried out spontaneously and at controlled temperature. A subsequent maturation of 8-10 months took place mostly in new American eggs and partly in used French eggs
