The Albert Mathier & Fils winery is a family business that has been committed to quality and tradition for 70 years. The majority of the 30 hectares of vineyards are located in Salgesch and are planted with traditional and new grape varieties.

Tasting note
Ruby red with blue-violet reflections. Aromas of dark berries, as well as blackberry and cherry scents. Finesse, spice, fire and the unmistakable character of the Albert Mathier & Söhne wine family. The aroma is not obtrusive, it discreetly underlines the fine berry aromas and fruitiness of this grape variety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game specialities, lamb, rabbits, roasts or even Valais mountain cheese.
