Tasting note
Bright, clear pear yellow. Fruity-fresh aromas of quince, yellow apple and green banana beguile the nose. On the palate, the light summery character continues. Exotic passion fruit meets refreshing citrus aromas such as pomelo, grapefruit and a touch of lemon zest. The fine, well-integrated acidity complements the overall impression and creates a very fresh character that always tempts you to take the next sip.
Vinification
The grapes are pre-selected by hand in the vineyard and harvested by the full harvester. The must is fermented cold and with pure yeast in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is stored in the tank on full yeast for about 3 months and controlled by sensors.
