Tasting note
A complex, inviting bouquet. Notes of ripe, dark cherries, cassis with a touch of pepper, vanilla and chocolate, rounded off with the finest tobacco and wood nuances. On the palate, full-bodied, concentrated and powerful with intense fruit notes. Round, velvety in texture. The aftertaste enchants with its length.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with a good piece of dry aged beef, but also with hearty dishes, such as Sunday roast, veal knuckles, or simply for cozy get-togethers.
Vinification
The raisined grapes are gently pressed and later aged and matured over several months to complete.
