Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is crystal clear. The nose develops fine smoky notes, ripe yellow fruits such as peaches, fresh fennel and citrus nuances. On the palate, the wine appears lively, with a fine structure, good tension and a harmonious, fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with scallop carpaccio with lime zest, fish dishes or — typical of the region — with spicy Catalan snails. It is also a treat with light Mediterranean appetizers.
