About the wine
Authentic, elegant and complex wines characterize the Moser vitikultur. Healthy soils are the basic requirement for wines to be able to tell about their origin. After taking over the winery, Nikolaus Moser therefore converted the business to biodynamic management in accordance with Demeter guidelines.

Tasting note
Black-red shine. Ripe elderberry and cherry fruit, topped with a touch of licorice. Spicy on the palate, opulent with silky tannins. Firm structure with delicately salty minerals. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Reserve Zweigelt Bio Demeter passt bestens zu Zwiebelrostbraten, Grilladen und Roastbeef.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging for 20 months in used barriques and sometimes 300-liter barrels.
