This Pinotage features classic aromas of red cherries, blackberries and smoky chocolate. This typical South African grape variety offers unique accents in the big wine debate.

Vinification
After a cold harvest and careful selection of grapes, the Pinotage was cold soaked for a long time before it was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Regular, ventilated pumping took place before tapping and pressing. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and aged for nine months in various French barrels before being bottled unfiltered.
