Tasting note
Réserve de Georges's playful aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. The playful nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper then show their own character. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, a strong body and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine shows its flawless texture.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal companion for grilled meats, spicy stews or aged cheese. It is also an excellent choice with Mediterranean dishes such as ratatouille or hearty pasta.
