Tasting note
Its color of sparkling dark ruby, lush on the nose and full of a stimulating woody note, tannin accentuates on the palate with a complex taste of wild berries, spicy and very intense on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, aged cheeses, risotto and pasta plates with spicy sauces.
Vinification
3 months in stainless steel tanks and then 15 months of bottle aging.
