About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Dorina Lindemann masters this red wine in the sunny and picturesque landscape of Alentejo. We have a special, dominant Touriga Franca from 2017 for you, which is inspiring many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Touriga Franca is very good to serve with pasta or barbecues.

Tasting note
Blend of 40% Tinta Barroca, 40% Touriga Nacional and 20% Touriga Franca. On the nose, there are intense aromas of wild berries and dark fruits, paired with a touch of dark chocolate, licorice and roasted almonds. Juicy, dense, full-bodied and complex on the palate with a velvety tannin structure and a nice finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with slightly stronger dishes, stews and barbecues, such as rabbit ragout with black olives and herbs, leg of lamb or tomahawk steak from the grill, but also with game.
