With the strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 — Crianza Reserva Ribera del Duero DO Ca, you can offer your guests something very special. Tasting note
On the nose, intense and complex nose of cooked plums, juniper, cinnamon and spicy culinary herbs. In addition to the black berry notes, there are hints of dried fruits such as figs. On the palate again blackberries, cassis and gingerbread, strong center with supportive tannins, lots of substance right into the long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty red meat dishes made from game, lamb and beef, and aged cheese.
Vinification
Aged for 24 months in American (20%) and French (80%) barriques.
