Tasting note
Intense aroma characterized by long aging in oak and accompanied by notes of black fruit jam and truffle. Pleasant taste, round and complex, with notes of chocolate and spices, well-structured tannins. Persistent and elegant aftertaste. The perfect accompaniment to a hearty meat dish!

Vinification
Reserva Real was produced after His Majesty King Don Juan Carlos visited the winery in 1995 and was then honored as one of Spain's most exclusive and limited edition wines. The cuvée is made from the best and oldest Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes from the small own Agulladolç winery, which also houses a beautiful Romanesque hermitage from the 11th century. The very fine Llicorella (slate) soils each produce a small harvest of an exceptional wine. After a total of 42 (!) months of storage - including 18 months in new French oak barrels (Nevers wood) - it is only released for sale.
