Tasting note
In the glass, this red wine is bright ruby red. The fine, stimulating berry nose invites you to enjoy and promises fruitiness. On the palate, it is juicy, accompanied by grippy tannin, which gives structure. The balanced balance between fruit, acidity and tannin makes it a harmonious and accessible wine for many occasions.
Vinification
Harvest and select grapes by hand. Mash fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After biological acid degradation, aging in stainless steel tanks and in wooden barrels for 12 months. Assemblage 2 to 3 months before bottling.
