Tasting note
The first white Gran Reserva from Remírez de Ganuza. Only 3,000 bottles of this wine are produced and demand exceeds demand many times over. The wine comes onto the market with lots of advance praise and the press writes of a 'game changer'.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetarian dishes, fish, poultry and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged for 11 months on the fine yeast in new French barriques. The wine was bottled in September 2014 and stored in the bodega until autumn 2021 to be released on the market ready to drink.
