About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Musita masteres this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and blooming landscape of Sicily. Tasting note
Vivid ruby red. Complex and complex on the nose with floral notes and notes of red fruits and spices. On the palate, excellent minerality and balance, soft tannins, perfect structure and a long and fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tasty and spicy pasta. Roasts and semi-ripe cheeses, but also with particularly complex and spicy fish dishes.
Vinification
Read by hand into small cassettes in mid-October. Cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-24°C for 10-15 days. Short maturation period first in steel tanks then in 500l oak barrels and 5-6 months in the bottle.
