About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Musita has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile landscape of Sicily. We have a special, discreet Grillo from 2021 for you, which will delight many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This grillo is ideal with aperitif or rice dishes.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with green reflections. Fine, complex and multi-layered on the nose with notes of jasmine, citrus fruits, but also warmer notes reminiscent of papaya. Elegant, harmonious and full-bodied on the palate, with an excellent balance between acidity and minerality.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with crustaceans, seafood, grilled fish and, of course, as an aperitif.
Vinification
Grape harvest by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. Aging time in steel tanks on our own fine yeast for 4 months with fine-tuned pumping cycles. Then a short aging period in the bottle for at least 3 months.
