Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and blooming landscape of Sicily.

Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow Intense and elegant on the nose with notes of white flesh, pears and aromatic herbs. Very fresh on the palate with a fine minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, shellfish, fried fish, fried vegetables and, of course, as an aperitif.
Vinification
Read by hand in small boxes in mid-October. Short maturation time on fine yeast in steel tanks and 2 months on the bottle.
