Tasting note
Very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, intense and enveloping bouquet of ripe forest fruits and violets, full of sour cherries and ripe blackberries, pleasantly sweet.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with chocolate, fruit cake, ripe cheese or as a meditation wine in between.
