Tasting note
Strong in color. On the nose, aromas of wild berries, plums and spicy and nutty components. On the palate, with lots of structure and character. Present but polished tannins. Stays on the palate and in the memory for a long time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty stews, with dark meats and game, with mature hard cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Remains on the mash for a long time for maximum extraction. Aging for 36 months in used barriques.
