Tasting note
This wine has a nice dark core of cassis and plum cream notes interwoven with violet, graphite and juniper notes. The finish flows cleanly, with the graphite rim extending as long as the fruit for nice balance.

Goes well with grilled meats and aged cheeses.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation, aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
