About the wine
With this powerful Pinot Noir 2015 — Red Angel, the term flavor takes on a new meaning. The blooming and fertile landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Jermann conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Pinot Noir with salmon or red meat.
Tasting note
Scents of wild berries with spicy accents characterize the iridescent ruby red “Red Angel”. Delicate and pleasant in taste, it is convincing until the medium-long finish.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place in a steel tank for about a week. Some of the wine is then aged in oak barrels.
