Tasting note
Color: dark brick ruby red Aroma: Aromatic, fresh and intense bouquet. Character: Velvety on the palate with a fruity, lovely finish.

Vinification
It is only produced in the best vintages. Light pressing, slow red wine fermentation until the right balance between sugar and alcohol content is achieved, sterile cold bottling.
