Tasting note
A great red wine, rich and elegant, complex and very long. Dark ruby red in the glass, balsamic notes on the nose, blueberries, blackberries, cherries and rhubarb with a hint of chocolate and spices. Warm and balanced with gentle acidity and a certain freshness. Very long aftertaste.
Vinification
Careful selection of grapes during harvesting, which are immediately “applauded” to concentrate the essence of the fruit. Slow alcoholic fermentation and long aging in barriques of more than three years.
