Vinification
This wine consists of a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard grapes, which are carefully selected from the Galilee, Golan Heights and Ramat Arad regions. This selection not only gives us a wide range of aromas, but also a connection to the various terroirs of these fascinating wine regions. The “Recanati Yasmin White” matures in stainless steel tanks, which optimally preserves the lively aromas.
