Vinification
This wine is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which come from the best vineyards in the Galilee region. The vines grow on terra rosa and basalt soils at altitudes between 250 and 780 meters above sea level. After destemming and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at moderate temperatures. Only the lead wine is used for this wine, which was then aged in French oak barrels for eight months to refine its character.
