About the wine

The fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Lenovelire conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Wonderfully scented of small wild strawberries, amarena cherries, hot peppers and chilli. You can feel the pepperiness of Cabernet Franc, with the emphasis dominating on the fruit side. On the palate, it is almost mineral, melty and very palate-friendly thanks to the elegant, well-integrated acidity. Spicy, sweet tobacco nuances on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat, lamb chops, ripe pecorino or tagliatelle with game ragout.
Vinification
After the hand-picked harvest, the grapes are crushed and brought to temperature-controlled fermentation (28°-30°C). After regular circulation, the young wine is aged in steel tanks so that it can retain its full-bodied fruitiness.
