Tasting note
Pale yellow with golden nuances. On the nose, a very youthful freshness with citrus aromas, fine herbal and slightly creamy brioche notes. Subtle, fresh and balanced on the palate. A fine, elegant perlage.

Vinification
The base wine is vinified in steel tanks. After assembly, bottle fermentation takes place in a horizontal position for at least 30 months. The date of “dégorgement” (removal of the fine yeast) is individually printed on each bottle.
