About the wine
Räuschling, the traditional white wine variety from Lake Zurich, was already widely used in the 16th century and is now experiencing a well-deserved renaissance. Fermented with natural yeasts in wooden barrels and in tanks, the wine develops fine aromas, depth and impressive complexity.
