About the wine
With the fine Radici bianco Fiano di Avellino DOCG from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Italian winery Mastroberardino is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque and fertile countryside of Campania.

Tasting note
Medium yellow with greenish reflections. Dense aromas of nice intensity: ripe pome fruit, citrus notes, some bergamot and hazelnut. Powerful on the palate. The wine has a complex structure with refreshing acidity. Aromas of ripe pome fruit with herbal components and some peach. Long and balanced on the finish, with an almost creamy texture.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with pasta with pesto and stuffed vegetables.
Vinification
Fiano is a very old, autochthonous white grape variety from southern Italy. The grapes are already selected in the vineyard and picked by hand. After pressing, the must is pre-fermented and aged in steel tanks.
