Tasting note
The fruity fragrance spectrum of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry shows aromatic complexity and plenty of culinary potential. The fresh nuances of prune, clove and marmalade create their individual texture. That will be remembered: Its elegant ruby red lends an extravagant touch to any occasion. A strong body and fresh acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows plenty of character and class in the mouth with fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
An excellent accompaniment to grilled food, suckling pig and minced meatballs. It goes just as well with various types of cheese or with chicken.
