Qvinte stands for the five barriques. Escenzia, an ode to the queen of sweet wines from Hungary. Harnessed on December 20th, 2000 with 408 grams of sugar per liter, aged in new barriques for 74 months and bottled without fining, filtration and sulfur - a real challenge to classic winemaking rules and standards.
