Tasting note
Intense cherry red Rich, elegant aromas of red berries, framed by soft, well-integrated wood tones. A fantastic wine, very noble and complex! Silky and velvety, full-bodied with enchanting intensity, wonderful well-rounded tannins and wood tones. Very long-lasting, harmonious finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Italian bruschette, zucchini gratin, paella, royal couscous, chicken with mushroom sauce, pot roast, lamb skewer, rabbit pepper, wild boar stew, creamy soft cheese, chocolate mousse and banana cheese.
