Tasting note
Bright golden yellow with greenish reflections. Very fruity, ripe gooseberry, apple and white peach. Juicy and melty on the palate, elegant fruitiness and salty aftertaste.

Goes well with asparagus dishes, braised fish, roast lamb in herb crust and aged goat cheese.
