Tasting note
Color: Deep ruby red Aroma: On the nose, intense and complex notes of ripe berries and ripe fruits, such as blackcurrants, blackberries, cherries and plums. Character: Full-bodied on the palate, pleasantly integrated tannins. A nice balance of fruit components and roasted aromas. In the aftertaste, nuances of chocolate, tobacco and dark fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, such as rump steak, beef stroganoff, game dishes, mature cheese and much more.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging in French oak barriques for 12 months.
