About the wine

Tasting note
Clear color in garnet red. Complex notes of ripe fruit well balanced with wood notes and spices.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled or braised meat, game dishes and strong cheeses. It also shows its versatility with dishes with intense aromas such as lamb stew or beef ribs.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after which 75% were aged in 2 and 3 year old French wooden barrels.
