With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta do Paral masters this red wine in the picturesque and sunny Alentejo countryside. Tasting note
Ripe black fruits with notes of pepper describe this exceptionally elegant and aromatically intense wine. It is a wine with a unique character, long and persistent on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried or grilled oily fish, stockfish dishes, grilled meats.
Vinification
After the grapes are collected by hand, they are cored and pressed in a mechanical press at a controlled temperature (24-28°) for 12 days. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 16 months.
