Tasting note
Citrus color with intense aromas of ripe white fruit and beautifully controlled oak. Great freshness and excellent concentration. A gastronomic wine that has mineral features and a very fine acidity with a long and persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood and Mediterranean salads. Has enough structure and volume to accompany white meat or pasta dishes with bright sauces.
Vinification
60% in stainless barrels with a temperature control of 16º C, the remaining 40% ferment in French oak barrels.
