Tasting note
Eye: deep purple black with a narrow red edge and magenta reflections; aroma: blackcurrants and cherries, wild fruits and a hint of plum, citrus and quince; palate: floral aromas with characteristic violet aroma, delicate floral and carinthian notes, pure berry fruits; finish: firm, well-integrated tannins provide plenty of grip and an attractive touch of severity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with blue cheese.

Ageing for 18 months in oak barrels followed by bottle aging
