Tasting note
The Quinta de Cabriz Reserva DOC 2019 is deep ruby red and exudes intense aromas of wild berries, floral nuances and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is elegant and complex with well-integrated tannins, fine fruit and a harmonious balance. As a result of the nine-month aging in French oak barrels, the wine gains additional depth and length in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with hearty dishes such as beef bourguignon, stuffed peppers or lemon chili chicken with bulgur.
