About the wine

Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 18°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: 6-7 years. Flaschenpost team tip: Quinta da Espiga goes perfectly with barbecue, game and roasted vegetables.
Vinification
Fermentation was achieved in 26,500 liter vessels with a pump system at a temperature of 28° - 30° C. Some was then matured in oak barrels.
