About the wine
Picturesque and magnificent landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Belondrade conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Pale golden yellow. Fresh and spicy on the nose, with aromas of melon and peach as well as subtle floral notes. Partial fermentation and aging in barriques give the wine an aromatic, creamy bouquet and a pleasantly soft texture. The finale is balanced and aromatic.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, paella, seafood, veal, poultry and fish.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks and French barriques, then aged for 4 months in French barriques (30%) and steel tanks (70%).
