About the wine
This present Tempranillo 2009 — Quincha Corral Vino de la Tierra el Terrerazo is in the truest sense of the word a triumph to the last drop! The winemaker from the Spanish winery Mustiguillo has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the graceful landscape in Levante. Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience when you serve this Tempranillo with red meat or barbecue.

Tasting note
One of the best, pure Bobal in Spain. Impenetrable purple. Concentrated, intense nose of dark fruits and Mediterranean herbs, with complex minerality. Elegant and polished on the palate, with wonderful texture and depth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine cuts of meat, stews, game and aged cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. This is followed by fermentation in 35 hl and 50 hl wooden tanks with gentle extraction. The wine matures for 18 months in a combination of small wooden barrels and 35 hl wooden tanks. Finally, it is bottled unembellished and unfiltered.
