Tasting note
Color: Brilliant golden yellow Aroma: On the nose, fine aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruit accompanied by caramel aged in wood. Character: Full-bodied, smooth and fresh on the palate. With notes of ripe fruit and vanilla. Lively and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with slightly spicy dishes, vitello tonnato and other veal dishes, semi-soft cheese and much more.
Vinification
Temperature controlled fermentation. Aging in barriques for 6 months.
