Tasting note
Bright sparkling red, aromas of fruit, red berries, spices. On the palate, with its 12% vol., it is somewhat reminiscent of Pinot Noir. This varietal wine is the result of near-natural cultivation with the smallest possible intervention. The organic wine is neither stabilized nor filtered and free of sulphites. Roberto once again proves his skill.
